Meeting Notes

Regular meetings of the Consistory were held on Sunday, May 16th and Sunday, June 27th.

The following was discussed:
   -  We have hired Suydam Insurance Co. as our agent.
   -  Problem of squirrels in stove vent has been resolved.
   -  New side door will be installed.
   -  Spaghetti dinner had a great turnout: $961 profit.
   -  Proposal from Susan Lukacs to make a vegetable garden at the church
      as part of her Girl Scout Gold Award project.
   -  Alice Abner is doing a wonderful job visiting shut-ins, keeping in touch
      with members, and attending Classis meetings.
   -  Assembly of God church will no longer be able to rent our
      facility for their worship services.
   -  Ways to overcome the $20,000 deficit our church has each year.
